Our standard hourly rate is $39.
The "My Computer Isn't Working Right" Full
Service
For a flat $39 service charge, we'll send a technician to your home or
office to diagnose and resolve the issue. If it is a deeper issue
that can't be resolved on site, we'll take the machine back to our lab,
work on the issue overnight and deliver/re-setup the machine for you.
For this overnight service, just add on an additional $39 labor + new
hardware components (if necessary).
New Hardware or Device Installation
Some equipment take longer than others to install and configure.
Expect our labor rate to be between $19 and $69 on these jobs. You
can provide the hardware yourself or we'll find the right part for you
at no additional markup.
Wireless Network Setup
Rate depends on how many computers there
are and whether you want to enable file and print sharing across those
computers. Expect 2-4 hours of labor for these jobs.
